IDENTIFICATION:Guests are required to make reservations in the full name that is listed on his/her government document they will use for travel. If you need to make any changes to a name after travel documents have been issued, clients will be responsible for all name change fees, if applicable.
AGREEMENT: The purchase of any Journey Junkies Travel Agency, LLC services constitutes a contractual arrangement between you and Journey Junkies Travel Agency, LLC and represents your acceptance of Journey Junkies Travel Agency, LLC terms and conditions as set herein. Carefully read and understand the terms and conditions prior to booking. Before purchasing any services through Journey Junkies Travel Agency, LLC, you are advised to read all terms and conditions in its entirety. You represent and assure that you are authorized to accept Journey Junkies Travel Agency, LLC’s terms and conditions on behalf of anyone and everyone named in your booking, and you will be deemed to have accepted Journey Junkies Travel Agency, LLC’s terms and conditions on behalf of everyone named in your booking.
PASSPORTS & VISAS: Travelers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents and MUST CHECK with the respective consulate(s) or visa agency to determine whether any visas or passports are required. Passports are required to be valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel. Some countries require a full blank “VISA” page in the passport for stamping purposes. Any information provided on travel description pertains to US citizens only. Non-US citizens should check with the respective consulate of the county to be visited for current entry requirements. We strongly suggest all cruise passengers to have a valid passport in their possession while cruising. Please visit https://www.usa.gov/passport for more information.
TRAVEL PROTECTION: Journey Junkies Travel Agency, LLC highly recommends Travel Protection that helps provide coverage for trip cancellation; baggage loss or delay; medical expenses; trip interruption and many more possible mishaps. Travel insurance can be added to your travel arrangements for Caribbean, Mexico and cruises. You may purchase travel insurance yourself for domestic and international tours.
PAYMENTS & CANCELLATION
Deposit: A deposit is due at the time of reservation. ALL deposits to Journey Junkies Travel Agency, LLC are non-refundable and non-transferable. Deposits are required at time of booking and must be paid in full in order to reserve and confirm your space for you to travel. Traveler booking is not confirmed until deposits are made in full and you have been sent a confirmation from Journey Junkies Travel Agency, LLC.
Full Payment: All reservations can be paid in full at time of booking as long as the tour still has available space.
Late Payment: If there is any outstanding balance by the Final Payment Due date listed on your invoice, a late fee will automatically be added to your invoice one day after your final payment date. Late fees vary. Please see each individual tour description for late fee cost.
Reinstatement of Reservations: If your travel reservations have been cancelled, and you notify us within 14 days that you want to reinstate your reservations, a service reinstatement fee of $50 ($200 for international tours) will be added to your invoice and must be paid in advance in order to apply for reconfirmation of services.
Forms of Payment:You are responsible for making payments following the trips confirmed schedule provided by Journey Junkies Travel Agency, LLC. Payment in full is due 45 days prior to departure of any scheduled travel or earlier date if noted. Failure to make final payment by due date will constitute the reservation to be cancelled and full deposit, all monies paid and trip insurance lost and retained by Journey Junkies Travel Agency, LLC. US dollar, money order, major credit cards or debit cards with Visa logo. All payments made within 45 days of departure must be made by credit or debit card only. Credit card charges will be accepted by phone or online to fulfill non-refundable deposit requirement.
PRICES: All prices listed are per person based upon shared twin room occupancy unless otherwise clearly specified. Prices do not include items of a personal nature such as laundry, wines, water, beverages, food (other than at all-inclusive resorts or where clearly specified), passport and visa fees, insurance, and foreign port taxes unless specifically indicated in the package inclusions. Prices are correct at time of publication; however, as airfares continually fluctuate and classes of service may have limited capacity, tour package prices and availability will change accordingly. In case of human or computer error, Journey Junkies Travel Agency, LLC reserves the right to re-invoice for the correct price or service. A full refund will be made to passengers who choose not to pay an increase, provided Journey Junkies Travel Agency, LLC receives a written cancellation within five days of the price increase notification.
Refunds: If you purchased travel insurance, refunds will be processed to the credit card(s) originally used for payment, up to the total amount paid minus the cost of travel insurance, or through company check if payment cannot be reversed to your credit card(s). After a final payment date and there is a request for a refund, there will be a cancellation fee from the vendor because after the final payment date your reservation and accommodation will be confirmed.
Cancellation: Once reservations have been made, cancellations will only be accepted in writing. Email your cancellation request to firstname.lastname@example.org your booking number, full name, and date of travel. If you do not receive an acknowledgement within 48 hours, please call 800 709-4340 to ensure your information was received.
Reservation Changes: Changes to an existing reservation, whatever the cause, will incur a $25 per person charge plus any additional supplier fees. This includes name changes* and removal of any services such as optional tours and transfers. *Please note that name changes to airline reservations are subject to full cancellation and rebooking. Replacing a traveling passenger with another traveling passenger constitutes a cancellation, subject to cancellation penalties, and is not covered by this reservation changes policy. Changes or additions after departure are subject to local rates at the time of amendment and must be paid directly by the passenger to the service provider. There are no refunds for unused services.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS: Travel Documents are forwarded to the traveler four weeks prior to departure provided full payment and all other requested demographic and travel information has been obtained by Journey Junkies Travel Agency, LLC. If a cancellation request is received by Journey Junkies Travel Agency, LLC before final payment due date of your scheduled trip, the non-refundable deposit along with any airline reservation fees, hotel fees and/or excursion fees or cancellation changes will be deducted. The remaining balance may be put to a future Journey Junkies Travel Agency, LLC event scheduled within 1 year of the cancellation approval date.

45 days to departure date 25% of all payments made is non-refundable
All deposits are non-refundable. All travel must be paid 45 days prior to travel departure date unless otherwise specified by Journey Junkies Travel Agency, LLC and failure to complete your payment may result in the cancellation of your trip without refund.
In the event of cancellation or change by Journey Junkies Travel Agency, LLC or our suppliers all participating travelers will be entitled to a full refund including the initial deposit amount.
TRAVELERS WITH DISABILITIES In order to fully enjoy your Journey Junkies Travel Agency, LLC tour, we recommend that you select a trip that is suitable to your physical capabilities. Tour participants requiring any form of assistance, including travelers with physical disabilities, sight or hearing impairments, are required to notify Journey Junkies Travel Agency, LLC prior to reservation for review and our agreement. Additionally, the tour participant must be accompanied by an individual responsible for providing those services. Tour managers, guides, drivers or other tour, hotel, ship personnel are not able to provide such assistance. In order to participate in escorted tours, passengers must be able to understand and follow instructions given by the Tour Director at all times, both for the successful operation of the tour as well as for their personal safety. Journey Junkies Travel Agency, LLC reserves the right to reject participation or remove any individual from a tour if notification was not provided and/or when, in our sole judgment, continued participation would significantly hinder the services to be provided to all guests. Expenses, including cancellation fees and/or costs for alternate travel plans or to return home, will be the sole responsibility of the passenger. Escorted tours are fast-paced, often requiring lengthy walks over uneven terrain. In the interests of group harmony, clients should be able to maintain the pace of the tour. Clients with special needs may be better served independently. Journey Junkies Travel Agency, LLC can suggest touring options based upon specific requirements. Wheelchairs & Walkers: USA Tours: Pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act (the ADA), Journey Junkies Travel Agency, LLC seeks to accommodate disabled travelers to the extent possible and consistent with the specific tour itinerary. Nevertheless, you may find that certain tour features may not be accessible to the extent that you require a wheelchair, scooter, or other special equipment to participate. We cannot provide individual assistance to travelers with wheelchairs or other mobility devices. We regret that some itineraries cannot accommodate wheelchairs or motorized scooters. Passengers are required to advise Journey Junkies Travel Agency, LLC of their accessibility requirements prior to booking in order for Journey Junkies Travel Agency, LLC to determine if reasonable accommodations are
Neither Journey Junkies Travel Agency, LLC, its affiliates, owners, officers, agents, or employees shall be held liable for any act, default, injury (including death), loss, expense, damage, deviation, delay, curtailment or inconvenience caused to or suffered by any person or their property, howsoever arising, which may occur or be incurred by any organization or person, where such act, default, injury, loss, expense, damage, deviation, delay, curtailment or inconvenience may have been caused or contributed by defects or failures of any aircraft, vessel, automotive vehicle or other equipment or instrumentality under the control of independent suppliers. You further understand that if you purchase any optional activities that are not part of your pre-booked charter itinerary (including, without limitation, shore excursions and tours, however conducted, airline flights and ground transportation, these activities are operated by independent contractors, the contract for the provision of that activity will be between you and the third party provider for such activity; Journey Junkies Travel Agency, LLC neither owns or operates the third party supplier; and accordingly, you agree to seek remedies directly and only against the third party supplier and not hold the Journey Junkies Travel Agency, LLC responsible for their acts or omissions.
